KASA utilizes ZenDesk for Support. Through ZenDesk, you can submit Support Requests and check the status of existing Support Requests. You can also reset your Password after you set up your account if you forget it or have misplaced it.
- Navigate to https://kasa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
- Click Sign in in upper right corner.
- Click Forgot my password.
- Enter the email address associated with your Support Account and click Submit.
- Check your email and follow instructions given to reset your Password.
