After you have submitted a Support Request, you can follow the steps below to access your existing Requests.
Note: Make sure you have created a ZenDesk account.
- Navigate to https://kasa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
- Click Sign in in the upper right corner.
- Log in to your account.
- Click your Name in the top right corner.
- Select My activities from the drop-down.
- All tickets you have summitted will display, and you can view their status.
