Telehealth Plans
There are two subscription levels available for Telehealth Sessions: Standard and Premium. Users are billed monthly for Telehealth subscriptions.
Note: If a Client does not join their Session, that Session will not count towards your monthly sessions.
Standard Plan
- Includes 30 monthly Telehealth Sessions. See Website for pricing information.
- There will be an additional fee for additional Sessions exceeding your 30 monthly Sessions.
Premium Plan
- Includes 100 monthly Telehealth Sessions. See Website for pricing information.
- There will be an additional fee for additional Sessions exceeding your 100 monthly Sessions.
Important: For group Telehealth Sessions, each Client attending that group Session counts as one Session. For example, if you have a Standard Plan and you have a group Session with five Clients, that counts as five of your 30 Telehealth Sessions for that month.
Select a Telehealth Plan
- Hover over the Management tab in the navigation bar, then click Integrated Telehealth from the drop-down.
- Click Get Started in the Get Started with Telehealth section.
- Use the drop-downs in the Telehealth Configuration window to select your desired Subscription Level and Users.
- Check the box to confirm that you are authorized for this account to make purchases and agree to the charge.
- Click Confirm.
