Links to Telehealth appointments will not be sent out in appointment reminders. However, Providers and Clients can access their Telehealth appointments from within KASA or the Client Portal.

Provider
Providers are able to access their Telehealth appointments from their calendar. Telehealth appointments will activate 10 minutes prior to the start of the appointment.
- The Telehealth icon will change from black to green when you are able to launch the appointment.
- Open the appointment, and click the Launch Telehealth button.
- You can then proceed with the Telehealth appointment as usual.
Client
Client's can access their Telehealth appointment from their Client Portal.
- Click Appointments in the navigation menu on the left.
Note: The orange Telehealth icon
indicates that they have a Telehealth appointment.
- Prior to the appointment, the Telehealth Sessions box will state that there is an upcoming telehealth appointment, click View Details.
- When the Client is able to join the appointment, the Join Session button will turn green. Click Join Session to enter.
Note: Clients are not able to join sessions more than five minutes prior to the scheduled time, and the Join Session button will not be enabled (gray).
- Continue with the appointment as usual.
