Outlined below is the Provider's workflow for Telehealth Sessions, from launching of the Session to the creation of the Session Notes.
Launch Session
Review the Launch Telehealth Session article for information on how to launch the Telehealth Session and review Session actions.
Note Creation
You have the option to create your Session Notes during the Telehealth Session or after.
Create Note During Session
- During the Telehealth Session you can open and create the Note on a separate screen.
- Prior to the start of the Telehealth Session, click My Clients from the navigation bar, and select the appropriate Client.
- Click the Notes tab.
- Click the Plus icon in the Therapy Notes section.
- Fill out the Note, and click Save Note when finished.
Create Note After Session
- To create your Note after the Session has taken place, click the Task icon in the menu on the left.
- Click Create Note, or Copy and Create Note to copy over a previous Note. Copy and Create Note can be used if you have multiple Sessions in a row with little or no changes. Then, select Therapy from whichever drop-down you selected.
- Fill out the Note, and click Save Note when finished.
