View Individual Claims
The below steps will allow you to view a particular note date or service by Client.
- Click My Clients from the navigation bar and select the appropriate Client.
- Click the Notes tab.
- Click the View billing history icon.
- The Current Status section will show the status of their claims.
Note: Rejections will go to the Billing Team to review. They will reach out to the Provider if they are unable to resolve the problem.
View Multiple Claims
To view multiple claims of concern or if there were multiple clients impacted, use the below steps to access the Reports page.
- Click the Reports icon in the menu on the left.
- Locate the Income and Expense Reports section, and click Accounts Receivable Aging.
- Enter today's date in the A/R as of section, then click Submit.
- Click Insurance Details.
