If you are not receiving a notification when a provider has unlocked a note for an assigned provider, please check your notification settings to make sure that you have selected to receive those notifications.
- Hover over the My Details icon, and select Edit Preferences.
- Locate the Notification Preferences section and click to expand the section.
- In the Message Center Notifications section, check the box for Note Unlocked in the drop-down menu.
- Click Save Changes.
