Below you will find the steps to close out a client's Treatment Plan Goals.
IMPORTANT: Do not close Goals until the date that they officially close. If you post date or accidently close a Goal, it will no longer show up in the Client File, nor will you be able to edit the closed Goal after that point. If you need to access a closed Goal, contact the KASA Support Team at kasasupport@therapybrands.com, or contact your Billing Team for assistance.
- Click My Clients in the navigation bar and open the appropriate Client, or search for the Client in the Client Search field.
- Click the Clinical Information tab.
- Scroll down to the Treatment Plan section, then click the Paper and Pencil icon for the Goal you would like to close out.
- Manually type in the Goal Completion Date, or click in the field and select the Completion Date from the calendar.
- Select the Goal End Reason from the drop-down menu.
- Click Save.
- To view all Treatment Plans, return to the client's Treatment Plan page. Here you can see when a Goal was completed.
