Both you and your Client(s) should disable any device that streams data during the session in whatever location you are in.
Those in offices trying to run multiple video sessions simultaneously will be limited in speed as well.
Sit closer to the router and/or plug your device directly into the router.
If the connection drops, refresh your screen or leave the session and start again.
Keep a power cord nearby or have your device plugged in; streaming uses a lot of battery power.
