You can securely share Documents with an Individual Client through the Client's Portal. Sharing Documents this way only goes to the specific Client you are sharing it with. The Client will be able to view the Document in their Share Documents section.
IMPORTANT: In order to utilize this feature, you must contact KASA Support to enable it for you.

Add Share Document
- Click My Clients in the navigation bar and select the appropriate Client.
- Click the Share Documents tab.
- Scroll down to Shared Documents section.
- Drag and drop files or click the Select File from Your Computer button to select files.
- Click the Upload button after you have added all desired documents.
- All Uploaded Documents display at top.
Manage Shared Documents
- Click My Clients in the navigation bar and select the appropriate Client.
- Click the Share Documents tab.
- All current Shared Documents will display.
- Click the
Delete icon for desired Default Document.
NOTE: If you delete a Document that has already been used, data already entered and uploaded to a Client's Completed Document session will remain. Going forward though, the Client will no longer see the Shared Document that has been deleted.
