Clients are able to reset their own Password for their Client Portal, but if needed, you are also able to force a Password Reset for the Client.
- Click My Clients in navigation bar and open the appropriate Client.
- Click Active Portal.
- Click Reset Password.
- The Client will receive an email at the email address listed in their file with instructions on how to reset their Client Portal Password. Have the Client check their Spam folder if they have not received it.
