Your Provider may upload a Document to your Client Portal for you to complete. There are two ways to complete documents from your Client Portal.
- You can print these documents, complete them, and bring them back to your Provider.
- Or you can print the document, complete it, scan it and re-upload it for your Provider.
Speak to your Provider to see how they would like you to complete your documents.
Print/Complete Document
- Navigate to https://theraportal.com/
- Click Documents from the side menu.
- Click View Shared Documents.
- Click the Download
icon for the appropriate document.
- Open and print or download.
Upload Completed Document
Once you have completed the document, you can scan it and upload it to your Client Portal for your Provider.
- Navigate to https://theraportal.com/
- Click Documents in the side menu.
- Click Upload a Document.
- Click Select File from your Computer and locate desired file.
- File will now displays in Completed Documents and your Provider will be able to view it.
