The Secure Message Center allows you to communicate securely with the Client. Clients will only be able to send Messages to Providers that they are assigned to and vice versa.
The Secure Message Center must first be enabled at the Organization level, and then it can be enabled or disabled at the Client level.
IMPORTANT: Client Portal Settings are Organization wide, any changes made here will affect all Providers and Clients.

- Hover over the Management tab in the navigation bar and select Client Portal Settings from the drop-down.
- Scroll to the Message Center section.
- Click the drop-down and select Enabled.
- Click Save Changes.
