You can view and/or cancel any upcoming Appointments from your Theraportal account.

View Upcoming Appointments
- Navigate to https://theraportal.com/
- Click View Appointments on your Theraportal homepage.
- Upcoming Appointments will display.
Cancel Appointment
IMPORTANT: Cancelling an Appointment may incur cancellation fees depending on your Provider's Cancellation Policy. It is your responsibility to cancel Appointments in a timely manner to avoid additional fees. Please speak to your Provider's Office to understand their Cancellation Policy.
- Click Appointments in the side menu.
- Click Cancel this Appointment for the appropriate Appointment.
- Enter Cancellation Comment if applicable (this is sent to the Provider).
- Click Cancel Appointment.
