You can create Appointments from your Theraportal.
- Navigate to https://theraportal.com/
- Click Find an Appointment Time in the Appointments section.
NOTE: Alternatively, click Appointments in side menu > Find Appointment Time.
- Select your Provider.
NOTE: If your Provider is not listed, contact your Provider.
- Select your Office if applicable.
- Select desired Week of the Month.
NOTE: In general, you can schedule Appointments eight weeks into the future, although this will vary depending on the parameters your Provider has set. Additionally, your Provider may limit the number of future appointments you are allowed to create. Speak to your Provider if you have questions.
- Select Day of the Week and desired Appointment Time.
- Enter Appointment Comment if desired (this goes to your Provider).
- Click Schedule Appointment.
After an Appointment is scheduled, you can view or cancel you scheduled Appointments from the your Theraportal home page.
