There are two ways to reset your Password, with through the Forgot My Password link on the login page, or through the My Details screen in your Client Portal.
NOTE: If you can't remember your Username, contact your Provider.
If you are unable to update your Password or are otherwise unable to access your Client Portal Account, your theraportal.com account may have been disabled. Please contact your Provider's office.
Forgot My Password
- Navigate to https://theraportal.com/
- Click Question Mark icon.
- Enter your Username and Email address.
- Click Reset Password.
- You will receive a Password Reset email. Check your spam folder if you do not receive it.
Reset or Change Password in Client Portal
- Navigate to https://theraportal.com/ and login to your account.
- Click My Details in the side menu.
- Click Change Password.
- Enter Current Password.
- Enter and Confirm New Password.
NOTE: When you enter your new Password, you will see an error. Once you Confirm the new password to match this warning will disappear.
- Click Update Password.
