The first time you log into your Client Portal, you will do so with a temporary Password. As soon as you log in, the system will prompt you to create a new Password. Every time you log in after this you will use your Username and your newly created Password.

First Time Login
- You will receive your username from your Provider (on a printed sheet) and a temporary Password via email.
- Click Securely Log In from the email.
- Enter your User Name and your temporary Password.
- Click Securely Log In.
- You will immediately set your new Password.
- Enter Current (temporary) Password.
- Enter and Confirm New desired Password.
NOTE: When you enter your new Password, you will see an error. Once you Confirm the new password to match, this warning will disappear.
- Click Update Password.
Log In
After you have created your new Password, you will be able to log in using your Username and that Password.
- Navigate to https://theraportal.com/
- Enter your User Name and Password.
- Click Securely Log In.
