If Telehealth is enabled for your Organization, any user with access to the Management menu item will be able to add Telehealth Users. If you would like Telehealth to be disabled for your Organization, contact kasasupport@therapybrands.com
IMPORTANT: When enabled, a monthly subscription fee will be assessed for each Telehealth User. We currently offer two subscriptions; Standard and Premium. Overage charges may apply.

Enable Telehealth User - Get Started
- Hover over the Management tab in the navigation bar and select Integrated Telehealth.
- Click the Get Started button.
- Click the drop-down and select desired Staff Member(s).
- Select By submitting this form, I confirm that I am authorized for this account to make purchases and agree to the monthly per user and session fees described checkbox.
IMPORTANT: Selecting this checkbox WILL initiate Telehealth, and the monthly subscription fee for Telehealth will be incurred.
Enable Additional Telehealth Users
You can add additional Telehealth Users at any time.
- Hover over the Management tab in the navigation bar and select Integrated Telehealth from the drop-down.
- Click View/Update Users in Telehealth User List section.
- Current Telehealth Users will display on the right.
- Click the drop-down and select desired Staff Member(s) to add new Users.
- Select By submitting this form, I confirm that I am authorized for this account to make purchases and agree to the monthly per user and session fees described checkbox.
