Using the Client ID can be helpful when communicating with others as a way to protect PHI (Patient Health Information). When you communicate with KASA Support, we will ask for the Client ID. Typically the Client ID is a combination of letters and numbers.
The easiest place to find the Client ID is on the Client Profile, but you can also get it from the Client Statement and in the URL when you are in the Client Profile.
Client ID via Client Profile
- Click My Clients in navigation bar and open the appropriate Client.
- On any of the Client Profile tabs, you can see the Client ID in the upper right corner.
- Click the Copy icon to copy the ID and paste it in your desired application.
Client ID via Client Statement
- Click My Clients in navigation bar and open appropriate Client.
- Click Billing Details tab.
- Click View Statement button and select any Client Billing Statement.
- In our example, the Client ID is listed as the Acct #.
Client ID via URL
- Click My Clients in navigation bar and open the appropriate Client.
- The Client ID displays above in the website URL.
- In our example, the Client ID is 10. Use that identifier when communicating with KASA Support.
