After you have completed, signed, and locked a Session Note from your Task List, it can then be billed.
Once you click Bill, the Note will be queued for billing. Generally, KASA generates Claim Files daily and submits them to the appropriate Payer electronically. If the Client is Private Pay, the charge will be added to their Client Ledger.
IMPORTANT: You cannot make changes to a Note once it is billed.
- Click the Task List icon from the shortcut menu on the left.
- Click the Pending Notes tab.
- Notes that are ready to bill will display with a green checkmark and the Bill button will be enabled.
- Click the Bill button.
