First you will want to add a Client Payer, or enter the Client as Private Pay.
After you have scheduled and completed an Appointment, you can write and bill Notes.
Once you have billed a Note, it will be added to a queue for billing. KASA generates Claim Files Monday through Friday at 4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time, and submits them to the appropriate Payer electronically. If the Client is Private Pay, the charge will be added to their Client Ledger.
From here, you will operate out of the Client Ledger. From the Client Ledger you can:
- Add a Client Charge
- Add a Client Payment
- Cash, Check, Outside Credit Card
- Credit Card Processing with KASA
- Print a Receipt
- Add Client Adjustment
- View Client Balance
