You can add a Scheduling Alert for a Client. If for example you didn't want the Client to schedule Appointments on Thursdays or you needed them to pay their balance in full before they can schedule another Appointment, you could add that as an alert. Alerts will be visible to whoever schedules the Appointment.

Add Client Scheduling Alert
- Click My Clients in navigation bar and open the appropriate Client.
- Click in the Alert section.
- Enter appropriate Scheduling Alert.
- Click Save.
- There will now be an alert when you schedule an Appointment for this Client. Hover over it to read alert.
Delete Client Scheduling Alert
- Click My Clients in navigation bar and open the appropriate Client.
- Click on the Alert section.
- Delete all the Alert field contents.
- Click Save.
