You are able to Save a Note to come back and finish another time. You can access Saved Notes from your Task List or the Client's Notes tab.
From Task List
- Click the
Task List icon from the menu on the left.
- Click Pending Notes.
- Click the
Edit icon for appropriate Note.
NOTE: The red exclamation indicates incomplete Notes.
- Complete Note.
- Click Save and then Sign and Lock. You can now Bill the Note.
From Notes Tab
- Click My Clients in the navigation bar and open the appropriate Client.
- Click Notes tab.
- Click the
Edit icon for appropriate Note.
NOTE: You cannot edit Notes that are Signed and Locked.
