In KASA you can track an Appointment Status for all attendees. When an Appointment is created, it will default to a Pending Status. You can then select to mark it as Cancelled, No-Show, Rescheduled, Attended, and Late Cancel. Appointment Status will show in the Client Appointment History.
- Locate appropriate Appointment in Calendar.
- Click on Appointment.
- Click the drop-down for each Attendee.
- Select appropriate Status.
- Click Save.
