If a Client has authorized a release of information to a designated person or organization, you can add a release to the Client Profile for reference. Once you add an Authorization for Release it is recommended that you also scan and upload a copy of the the release form to the Clients Documents.
- Click My Clients in navigation bar and open appropriate Client.
- Scroll down to Releases on File section.
- Click the Add icon.
- Add Recipient name and contact information.
- Select a Start and End Date to indicate when this authorization is valid.
- Select appropriate checkboxes to indicate what information allowed to be released. Deselect any checkboxes to exclude that information from the release.
- Click Save.
