You can set your schedule or availability in KASA. Setting your availability creates blocks on your schedule where you will be able to schedule Client Appointments. Time outside of your scheduled availability will display as grey as a visual reminder not to schedule Appointments during that time.
Jump to Section: [Add Availability] [Update or Delete Availability]
- Click
My Details icon in top right corner and select Edit My Schedule.
Add Availability
- Click on Calendar where you would like to add availability.
- Select Office where you will be available (if applicable).
- Select beginning time of availability and end time.
- To create this as a repeat availability, select Repeat this Schedule checkbox.
- Select how long you would like this availability to be in place.
- Enter frequency of availability (Weekly or Bi-weekly).
- Click Save.
Update or Delete Availability
- Click on availability you would like to change.
- Edit Schedule as desired and click Save.
- OR click Delete button to remove availability.
