The process to add a repeating Client appointment is similar to creating an individual appointment. You can either select a date when the repeat appointments will stop, or enter the number or repeat appointments you would like scheduled.
- Click the desired appointment time on your calendar.
- Enter Appointment Title (Optional) - e.g. Individual Therapy, Marriage Counseling, etc.
- Adjust Time & Date if necessary.
- Select Repeat checkbox.
- Select how often the Appointment should repeat.
- Select either an Appointment End Date, or the number of times the Appointment should repeat.
- Enter Attendees - Start typing Client's name and select appropriate Client.
- Type Client(s) Name and select appropriate Client.
- Type Therapist Name and select appropriate additional Therapist.
- Select Appointment Type.
- Click Save.
